What do I agree to by using this site?

By accessing or using One-Room Education’s website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These apply to memberships, courses, coaching, downloads, the shop, and any other content we provide.

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Automatically renew on the 1st of each month.
  • Access is granted for that calendar month.
  • Cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Lifetime Access:

  • One-time payment.
  • Grants access to all current and future courses for life.
  • Non-transferable and non-refundable.

Founder Seed Membership:

  • Non-refundable.
  • Includes Lifetime benefits plus exclusive perks (early access, recognition, etc.).
  • Limited to 100 members.

  • Courses are self-paced and digitally delivered.
  • May include worksheets, videos, teaching tips, and more.
  • All content is for personal/family use only.
  • You may not share, sell, or redistribute course materials.

  • Live or recorded sessions are time-bound and scheduled.
  • Full payment is due upon registration (unless a payment plan is offered).
  • Missed sessions are not refunded.
  • Access to coaching programs does not include course or membership access unless stated.

  • Continued violations after moderator warnings may result in removal without refund.
  • Spam or solicitation is strictly prohibited.
  • You’re responsible for your own conduct and posts.

All sales are final for:

  • Digital courses
  • Membership subscriptions
  • Lifetime and Founder Seed memberships
  • Group coaching programs
  • Digital books, guides, downloadables and printables

We do not offer refunds due to the nature of digital delivery.

  • Freshness: Receive the most up-to-date versions of our materials.

When you order a physical item, it is printed and shipped directly to you, ensuring quick and efficient delivery. This approach supports our commitment to sustainability and high-quality education.

  • All content (courses, videos, blog posts, downloads) is the intellectual property of One-Room Education LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright law.
  • All rights reserved.
  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, or display any materials without written permission.
  • Course creators retain rights to their original IP, but agree to platform exclusivity for online publication unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You must follow all laws and act respectfully toward others.
  • Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct will result in suspension or termination.
  • Access may be revoked without refund for violations.

Yes. We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of major updates via email or a notice on the website. Your continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
